The Platform is owned by BETLANO, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Iftikharabad, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 208001, India (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).
By accessing or using the Platform and its services (collectively referred to as ‘Services’), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies applicable to the Platform for such transactions. By using the Platform, you are contracting with the Platform Owner, and these Terms constitute your binding obligations.

13. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
